The goal of this project was to provide this 1960’s style house a contemporary and edgy appearance while giving it a welcoming appeal. This was accomplished by accentuating the stainless steel and glass front entrance structures allowing the original house to fade into the background. The visual balance was achieved by merging the new structural additions with the softening effect of the landscape. The final result was something that belongs on the cover of a magazine.
