IV. The length of time we process your data

In principle, SC lightFX SRL  will process your personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently in accordance with the legal obligations incumbent on SC lightFX SRL  (eg in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the retention period provided is 10 years from the date of the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).
